Given these acid reflux disease symptoms, how do you go about treating the affliction??  There are definitely foods to avoid – but there are also foods that can work for you.  Some of these include carrots, potatoes, and broccoli.  There are fruits to consider like apples, bananas, and such.  Also, cinnamon is popular as a healing agent, and may help in soothing acids in the body.  Exercise is something you will want to consider; a healthy lifestyle goes a long way.  If you are trying to sleep at night, stack lots of pillows if necessary, in order to provide elevation for the head and chest.
